What is an air source heat pump?
Air source heat pumps almost work like a fridge but in reverse. They draw warmth from the air around them which is then compressed to heat your home. They work in temperatures of up to -15°C and because they run off electric rather than gas, they can help lower your carbon emissions too!
Invest in renewable energy
We can supply and install air source heat pumps to MCS standards. They can help you to reduce your carbon footprint which means that they're eligible for government funding. You could claim the current £7,500 Government Grant (Boiler Upgrade Scheme). We are happy to design a low temperature heating system to get the most out of your heat pump, saving you money along the way.
Are air pumps worth it?
Virtually maintenance free and easy to integrate with underfloor heating, boilers and radiators, air source heat pumps are a great way to help bring down bills. Combined with other energy saving measures such as solar panels, they can help to reduce your reliance on the grid and start to see real savings for your home or business. Arrange a consultation.
